Extra care from the genuinely helpful and attentive staff. Location really close to New Zealand for seven weeks, an extremely lovely pub, and the shopping precinct.

I really enjoyed the fairly quiet room with electric blankets, robes plus most comfortable bed. It was in a central location, close to everything.

My room had ordinary view.

The location was super central, great for main street and a movie theater located walking distance to the hotel. Was in a cute area and walking distance to eateries and restaurants. The attached restaurant was good with good choice of meals in the menu. We didn't want to leave, recommend.

Spotless room, bright with comfortable beds. Great location in the town, close to tourist attractions. Nearby North Britain Hotel - great place to chill out.

Impeccably clean place & very professional and wonderfully helpful staff especially with the extra help for the receptionist. Ideal and convenient location, near city centre. And so close to a restaurant for easy dining, lovely environment, the bars and shops and town station.

The restaurant was good with eclectic menu, I tried simple dishes. Its magnificent, super central location was a plus.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is simply perfect - it's so close to the town centre and just a stone's throw away from the railway station. We were able to explore the city without any hassle, and yet enjoy a peaceful and quiet environment away from the city noise. The staff provided top-notch service, always friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The kitchenette was a great addition, allowing us to cook our own meals and enjoy the convenience of having everything we needed right there. Plus, having a TV in the bathroom was a fun and unique touch!

The self contained villas are private, spacious, clean and warm.

A little bit more of a walk from cafes etc than I had imagined.

Location: the hotel was so close to the town centre or amusement venues and restaurants and transport. Absolutely lovely staff especially with the extra help for the receptionist, did a nice job: )

got brand-new, comfortable modern room with the spa bath', tv plus good bedding. there were a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge. the location for ballarat was convenient and ideal, right by cbd and train station. there was an attached restaurant nearby.

Had the best overnight stay in a perfect accommodation during my city break. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Loved the high standard of the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette, everything was nicely done and the toiletries provided were of good quality. The fridge freezer was large and the supply of tea, coffee, and fresh milk was much appreciated. The location was spot on and the price very reasonable. Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy all the facilities.

That the spa bath only had jets at the base of the tub, so I couldn't feel relaxed with the lack of jets on the back or shoulders.

Loved the Jacuzzi!!! The whole room was pretty fabulous. Had everything you could need! It was like a little apartment. Would definately come back if i was up that way again!!

When watching tv it would skip - pretty annoying when watching a movie. The TV in where the Jacuzzi was the only channel we wanted (music) was in black and white and occasionaly went fuzzy. But all in all the hotel was great who needs TV on a holiday .... just get your drink on in the Jacuzzi!!!!
